Um forte enfoque na construção industrial e um maior desenvolvimento do mercado marroquino. Estes são os princípios que estão na base da colaboração entre a Frisomat e a Cosimco. Não há ideais mais adequados para conquistar o mercado marroquino com projectos chave-na-mão, do que os da empresa de construção industrial Frisomat e do empreiteiro geral Cosimco. Market on the rise

Cosimco, part of the Willemen Group since 2005, has a strong position in Morocco. Being specialized in general construction of buildings for production, offices and logistics, it will soon start constructing the Belgian Embassy in Rabat. The logistical centre of Danone and a container terminal in the harbour of Tanger are already part of their extensive list of references. “Cosimco – active in Morocco since 2014 – has thus realised quite a few impressive projects,” Patrick Dua adds. “However, we just scratched the surface of the full potential of the market. Investments in Morocco are on the rise.”-

Also Frisomat experiences that positive trend. “We just erected an industrial bakery in Morocco,” says Kris Oorts. “As a producer of industrial buildings in steel we notice a high demand in our Belgian price-quality ratio. High quality – made in Belgium – for a competitive price, the market has an appreciation for that.” Cosimco agrees. “Partnering up with Frisomat goes hand in hand with that vision,” says Dua.

Turnkey projects

In order to realise turnkey projects, Frisomat and Cosimco will join forces. On the one hand in realising the construction, on the other hand supporting each other in sales, marketing and engineering. “By this partnership, our client benefits from turnkey projects,” says Dua. “Frisomat delivers pre-engineered buildings and we, as a general contractor, take care of the total solution.”
