We determine the specifications of your project: dimensions, type of building, insulation thickness, structural adjustment for solar panels, various finishing options…

Step 3 – The quotation
You will receive a detailed quotation from Frisomat Africa: including costs for materials and delivery.

Phase II – Building permit & preparation

Step 4 – The building application
You submit an application for your building permit.
Frisomat Africa delivers the necessary documentation: architectural plans, anchor plans and possibly a load calculation.
With this documentation, your partner calculates the foundation.

Step 5 – Obtaining the building permit
Together with Frisomat Africa, you complete the project details.
You go over the project coordination with the architect/coordinator.
Frisomat starts the production of your building.

Step 6 – Foundation work and assembly planning
During the production of your building, you start the foundation work.
Frisomat prepares the assembly planning in collaboration with you.
