We don’t just aim for sustainability: we raise the bar with a circular approach. Our steel buildings are made of durable and recyclable materials. Every component is removable, replaceable and recyclable because we too would like to help build a better future.
100% solar energy
Frisomat generates all the energy it needs for production with 12,000 m² of solar panels. This is equivalent to the energy consumption of around 450 households.
-70% CO₂ emissions
Cold-formed steel produces up to 70% fewer CO₂ emissions during production than hot-rolled steel. This enables you to combine a robust steel structure with significantly reduced environmental impact.
-30% steel
Frisomat has been using cold-formed steel in its constructions for almost 50 years. Thanks to our cleverly designed profiles, we use up to 30% less raw material than traditional steel structures. The result is a strong, durable structure that uses less material and has lower foundation costs.
100% hot-dip galvanised
All of our steel structures are fully hot-dip galvanised. This makes Frisomat buildings low-maintenance, durable, and corrosion-resistant without the need for additional treatments or waste.
-50% volume
Our lightweight profiles slot together efficiently. As a result, the building components take up to 50% less transport volume. A standard 1,000 m² building can be transported in a single 40-foot container, significantly reducing transport costs and logistical impact.
100% recyclable steel
Steel is a material that can be reused endlessly. Both our production waste and the steel elements of a building are recycled. This means that with Frisomat, you are building in a circular and forward-thinking way.

Frisomat believes that sustainability is about taking concrete action. Our unique circular system, made of fully recyclable cold-formed steel, allows us to go beyond recycling: we can create, build, disassemble, relocate and rebuild your structure, or even break it down into raw materials.
Our product uses 30% less steel than traditional systems and can be transported efficiently, significantly reducing our ecological footprint. Additionally, our production emits up to 70% less CO₂ compared to hot-rolled steel. Our production site runs entirely on green energy, generated by solar panels on our own roof.
