Ghanaian Jassie-Sarkodie believes in Frisomat’s solutions. His architectural firm, Izmatrix, works with the Belgian family-owned company on various projects in Ghana. This partnership began when Conship approached them to build a sustainable steel warehouse of 3,500 square metres.
“I was looking for a quality partner who used sustainable materials. That is how I discovered Frisomat’s cold-formed steel structures. Sustainable, easy to assemble and European quality? Sarkodie is a fan. Now it was time to convince Conship of Frisomat’s expertise in industrial buildings. “We decided to visit Frisomat in Belgium to see the solutions and the material first hand. Both Conship and Sarkodie left Belgium reassured: Frisomat was the partner they had been looking for.

Effortless assembly to enduring quality
Initially, we asked for someone from Frisomat to come and help with the assembly. But that was not necessary at all. The large storage area was built in no time at all. A smooth process is great, but of course it is the end result that counts. And that, too, is impressive. Conship’s galvanised steel warehouse is built to last. “After all, the warehouse is located in the port city of Tema and has to be completely resistant to the elements. Fortunately, the materials are of the highest quality. This is good news for Conship, who will be able to enjoy their steel hall for another fifty years thanks to Frisomat’s galvanised structures.
